I checked in on an early evening using the instructions provided. The outside door was reluctant to open. There was no indication which apartment was the one I booked. Upon entering and looking more at the instructions it read your code to the door is ?.? Literally a period and nothing else. I stood in the narrow stairway for 15 minutes on hold for someone at the number provided for them to answer. Finally got in after even more confusion. There?s a keypad on the door but also a lockbox?Still unsure which apartment of two was mine. After finally getting in it was fine. Lots of drawers that don?t open or fall down when touched. Looks like a quick paint job and some cheap furniture. It was clean except for strange brown stains on sheets. 🤮 . Ok. The second night another guest must have been suffering the same confusion because at 1 am the keypad on the door of the apartment was beeping and someone was afressively trying to get in. Door key pad deadbolt is also very loose

After the challenge of gaining access to the inside door (the management company neglected to include the inside code on the access instructions) we found the unit clean and tidy. We always bring ear plugs and the street noise required them. The decor and space is bright and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. The access issue could have been avoided and we were fortunate there was ample cell coverage to reach the mgmt company. Once we called the response for access was immediate. Given the limited short term rental options we would stay here again.

The Return in Warren was one of the best airbnbs I have been to, the place is brand new, with everything you might need, the bedrooms are very large, and the style within the unit is super cool, I will def book here again when I'm there next!

The Return: Warren is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs that we ever stayed in. The space is perfectly equipped, it has amazing furniture and decorations. It is within walking distance from the water and a charming downtown, with cafes like Rhody Roots (yum!) and The Coffee Depot (get the spiced vanilla latte!).

This place was perfect for us. The Return Warren is spacious and bright, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. And the location (right between Providence and Newport) was great for touring around the area.

Our stay at The Return was lovely. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like we had entered a sanctuary designed to help us slow down and breathe again. Every detail, from the soft lighting to the layers of textures and natural materials, invited a sense of calm and clarity. We spent mornings sipping coffee by the windows and evenings cooking together in the beautiful kitchen. It’s rare to find a place that feels this intentional and restorative.

I’ve stayed in many rentals, but The Return truly stands out as something special. The design feels modern yet deeply soulful, blending comfort with artistry. You can sense the thoughtfulness behind every decision — the plush bedding, the organic color palette, even the way the rooms flow together. The property has a serene energy that makes you want to slow down and just enjoy being present. It felt like a personal retreat rather than just another stay.

This was one of the few AirBnbs I've stayed at that actually look like the photos. It was exactly as advertised and perfect for our stay.

Beautiful unit in the wonderful little town of Warren- best restaurants in walking distance, we enjoyed The Revival and The Coffee Depot. We will be back to check out the other units we didn’t have a chance to stay in. We used this as a stopping point to visit Newport for two days and we all agreed we actually just preferred to come back to spend time in Warren. The first floor unit provided ample space and amenities for the five of us. Full length mirrors and plenty of hanging hooks in all areas were good touches. Soft comfy towels and washer and dryer were appreciated by us all.

We stayed at this adorable Airbnb for a couple weeks while my daughter was recovering from a major surgery. The home was exactly how it was pictured. It was in an adorable safe neighborhood. There is a great bike path in the back yard where we wheel chaired our daughter.

We stayed at this property for the weekend as a home base to travel to the Taylor Swift show at Gillette stadium. It was perfect! Clean, spacious and, exactly as described. The host was responsive as well. Would stay again! Maybe during sailing season in Newport or skiing in the winter.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this apartment in The Return Warren building, would absolutely stay here again! The space is stylish and spacious, and the bed is extra comfy. Plenty of room to relax, and the TV comes with all the streaming services! This place was super cozy and comfy. The bed is soft and the whole atmosphere is open and spacious. We had a great time! The hosts were so nice and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again 🙂

We were staying in this apartment for slightly over two weeks - our longest Airbnb stay ever and was a little nervous how it would all pan out. The apartment had everything one would need with a fully equipped kitchen and extra towels in a beautiful, comfortable home setting. Management was exceptionally helpful and accommodating - no request was too small and they went out of the way to make sure that we were happy and settled in. The location is excellent with water on both sides and plenty of restaurants close.

Great location and stylishly decorated, I would recommend the weekend getaway stay at The Return. Host was very receptive and immediately responded when asked questions. The apartment was very clean and nicely updated.

Highly recommend. This is a great property. It's one of the best appointed places we have stayed at. Everything is here, smart TV with Netflix etc, loads of power outlets in all rooms, full kitchen and large refrigerator. Even though The Return to Water unit is technically a 3rd floor attic, there is so much space and ambient light that you don't even notice. 3 bedrooms, nice size and comfy beds. We really enjoyed walking a few minutes into Warren shops and restaurants on Water and Main Streets.

My stay at the property was lovely! My boyfriend and I booked it as a little weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. The place was clean and parking was surprisingly easy. The Return Warren is located in a convenient area almost in the middle point between Newport and Providence, the surrounding neighborhood was great as well and had many tasty restaurants on Main Street as well as Water Street. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Love the newly remodeled apartment on the 1st floor, the return to self. It was spacious, modern, and perfect for us. The location is close to cute restaurants, shops and coffee both on Water and Main. We were also able to take lovely walks on the bike path or over the bridges to Barrington. We enjoyed being able to gather comfortably in the living space and hang out. Perfect spot for us. Thank you

The location is literally perfect and works as a great point between Providence and Newport. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly and made check in and check out very simple. The description and pictures perfectly match the place. Super cozy and will definitely stay again, would be great apres ski.

Had a lovely stay in Warren at The Return, really well located and a short walk to lots of great bars and restaurants (would recommend Trafford and Revival in particular!) and well placed to drive to numerous spots in the area such as Newport / Providence / Mystic / Boston. The apartment was spotless and really well decorated. Would definitely stay again!

What an adorable little rental! This apartment is in the perfect spot to many adorable restaurants, coffee shops, and activities nearby (the bike bath is a few steps away). We had an amazing stay here this April. The airbnb is well equipped with kitchen supplies and bathroom toiletries. It was very clean & exactly as pictured and described. I would definitely recommend staying here at The Return, and it is at a great price point for its location!

I was there for a week for a workshop and coming "home" each evening was welcoming and easy to cook with a grocery store nearby. I need to “return” to The Return for a true Warren experience. So much to see.
