All apartments are located on Main Street in Downtown Warren, Rhode Island, between Newport and Providence.
What is the check-in and check-out process?
We offer self-check-in through keyless entry. Door codes are shared via email and text prior to arrival. Check-out is simple; just lock the door when you leave.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
(Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request.)
Is parking available?
Yes, each apartment includes ample parking.
Are towels, sheets, and toiletries provided?
Yes, all linens, towels, and essential toiletries are included and refreshed after every stay.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed for an additional fee.
Is smoking permitted on the property?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the apartments.
Do you allow parties or events?
Full buyout is available for large groups.
What age must guests be to book?
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
How many people can stay in each unit?
1st Floor (The Return to Self): Up to 6 guests
2 East (The Marshlands): Up to 2 guests
2 West (The Woodlands): Up to 2 guests
3rd Floor (The Return to Water): Up to 6 guests

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all units.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes, each apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils.
Do the units have heating and air conditioning?
Is laundry available?
A washer and dryer are available only in the 1st Floor unit. Other units have a laundromat located across the street.

Are there stairs or an elevator?
This is a historic three-story Building with narrow, steep stairways and no elevator, so please take care with luggage.
How do I access my unit?
Use the keypad on the back door facing the parking lot for direct entry. Front doors facing Main Street are exit-only for security.
Are there security cameras on-site?
Yes, there are four external cameras for property monitoring and guest safety; no cameras are inside the units.
What if I want to book all apartments for a group event?
